We are a locally owned, family run business where the owner is only a phone call away. At Sonshine Hot tub Services our number one goal is your satisfaction. We take customer satisfaction seriously. With decades of experience in the service industry I understand what it takes to get the job done right. You have my personal guarantee that we will do all we can to get your hot tub back up and running as quickly as possible.
Our Roots
In the same way we all have stories about our beginnings, so does Sonshine Hot tub Services. Our story began with a simple phone call from a former esteemed colleague. He knew well my extensive service background and experience so he asked me for help. He was working in the industry and told me of a very large hot tub manufacturer out of the US who was in need of a spa technician in the Ottawa area to perform factory direct warranty service. He put me in touch with their service department and after successfully completing their service training program, I began providing warranty work for their clients. But the story doesn’t end there. As it turned out, that particular manufacturer wasn’t alone so we partnered with several other manufacturers as well. Thus begins the Sonshine Hot Tub Services story.
